Nicaragua to raise its voice for Palestine in another landmark ICJ case

BECCA RENK VIA BLACK AGENDA REPORT - Against the backdrop of Israel’s renewed attacks on Palestine, the World Court is set to hold public hearings in September on Nicaragua’s legal proceedings against Germany for aiding and abetting genocide in Gaza by providing weapons to Israel. During its arguments, Nicaragua will certainly avail itself of its experience taking the most powerful nation in the world to the International Court of Justice…and winning.
